In this very experiential workshop, you will learn play therapy strategies that you can use for working with adolescent and adult clients on self-understanding, self-nurturing, self-esteem, and self-confidence. We will explore adventure therapy/active game activities, art techniques, sand tray play therapy activities, playful life coaching techniques, and Adlerian play therapy strategies. At the end of this workshop, you will have a whole new tool box filled with ideas you can go back to your play therapy practice and use the next day–with individuals, groups, and families! Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to play, play, play.
