Want to learn to understand yourself better? Need more balance in your life? Want to have some fun? Need a new perspective on a situation or relationship in which you feel "stuck"? Want to figure out how to have a more fulfilling life? If your answer to any of these questions is "Yes!" this is the retreat for you. In this fun and exciting experiential weekend, we will use play therapy, Co-Active life coaching, and Adlerian principals to delve into your patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. We will spit in soup, visualize future selves and ideal lives, tame gremlins, explore possibilities, and detect ways you get in your own way. You will come out of this weekend with new and improved ways of seeing yourself, others, and the world and with skills for deepening your own understanding of yourself, as well as skills for forwarding your own positive actions.
10 am to 8 pm on Friday and Saturday, 10 am to 1 pm on Sunday
We will co-create lunches & dinners. (No worries, chef skills are not required, just willingness to play with your food.)
[This is a non-residential retreat–lodging options are available through the Cedar Falls link.]
